The Eagles broke training camp at Lehigh University Sunday and now get ready for tonight’s preseason opener in Baltimore.  Quarterback Donovan McNabb and his surgically repaired knee will not play against the Ravens.  Backup A.J. Feeley will play the first quarter, Kelly Holcomb will play the second quarter and rookie Kevin Kolb will be under center for the entire second half.  The Eagles will have Tuesday off before resuming camp Wednesday at the NovaCare Complex in South Philadelphia.  Tonight’s kickoff is at 7 p.m.
