Jason Campbell passed for 209 yards and a touchdown, and also ran six times for 39 yards, to lead the Redskins to a 20-12 win over the Eagles on Monday Night Football at Lincoln Financial Field.  Chris Cooley’s 16-yard TD reception just before halftime gave Washington the lead for good at 10-6.  Clinton Portis added 69 yards rushing, including a six-yard score early in the fourth quarter to extend the advantage to 20-9.  The ‘Skins improved to 2-and-0 on the young season.  Donovan McNabb finished 28-of-46 for 240 yards for Philadelphia, which dropped to 0-and-2.  Brian Westbrook had 17 carries for 96 yards for the Eagles, who managed only four David Akers field goals in defeat.
