Eagles Westbrook Earns NFC Honors

Eagles running back Brian Westbrook was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week for his three touchdown performance against the Detroit Lions last Sunday. Westbrook, who earned his first career Offensive Player of the Week award, set a career-best with 221 yards of total offense, rushing for 110 and two scores while adding five receptions for 111 yards and a TD. He also became just the seventh player since the 1970 merger to record 110-plus rushing and 110-plus receiving yards in the same game.
