Eagles re-sign safety/kick returner Reed

The Philadelphia Eagles have re-signed safety/kick returner J.R. Reed, just a mere eight days after he was released by the team; terms of the signing were not disclosed.  To make room for Reed, the Eagles released offensive tackle Pat McCoy.
