Cole Going To Pro Bowl

Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Trent Cole

Add one more Philadelphia Eagles player to the NFC Pro Bowl roster; because of an injury to Seattle Seahawks defensive end Patrick Kerney, Eagles defensive end Trent Cole will make his inaugural trip to Honolulu, joining fellow Eagles running back Brian Westbrook and guard Shawn Andrews.

Cole will join Green Bay’s Aaron Kampman and New York’s Osi Umenyiora as defensive ends for the NFC; Cole finished the season tied for fourth in the NFC in sacks with 12 1/2, trailing only Kerney (14 1/2), Dallas Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware (14) and Umenyiora (13).
