Tackle a Big Position for the Eagles in the Draft

Coach Andy Reid seldom drafts for immediate needs, so don’t expect a wide receiver or safety to be taken early. Reid most likely is looking to draft an offensive tackle in preparation for when John Runyan, 34, and William Thomas, 33, wear down, especially becuase Winston Justice, 23, has failed to establish himself as a reliable option.

I think that the eagles will certainly draft an OT somewhere in the first three rounds. I agree that it is unlikely the eagles will take a receiver with a high pick. With the safety position, now that Samuel has been signed, Brown could be moved to SS and Lito to RCB, but it is also possible that the eagles would take a safety with a 3-4 round pick due to an aging Dawk.
