CB Samuel Sets His Sights on Philly First

It looks as if the Eagles are going to be honored with the first visit of free agent Asante Samuel’s 2008 FA Tour. John Clayton of ESPN wrote early this morning that Samuel’s agent got a call from the Eagles right after midnight, and will visit with Samuel first. The corner is seeking a mega-deal that will pay him between $10 and $11 mil per season, equaling out to five years at $50 mil or six years at $62 mil.
