Wide receiver Bill Sampy had surgery Thursday on his injured left ankle. Sampy fractured and dislocated the ankle during Tuesday’s practice. It is unclear when he will return. The Eagles wrap up their minicamp for rookies and selected veterans today. Another camp, for all players, will be next week.
