Birds Should Have All Signed and in Camp on Time

The Eagles have signed seven of their 10 draft picks and appear very confident that they’ll have everyone signed and in camp on time. Of course, the team traded out of Round One and had two second-rounders — DT Trevor Laws and WR-PR DeSean Jackson.
