Eagles Visit Patriots Tonight in Foxboro
Posted by Matt Loede on August 22nd, 2008 filed in Injuries, NewsThe Eagles visit the New England Patriots at 7:30 p.m. tonight for their third preseason game. Now that the Eagles top two wide receivers are out with injuries, tonight’s game will be a true test for the rest of the wideouts. Coach Andy Reid said that Greg Lewis and Hank Baskett will rotate in Kevin Curtis’ spot while DeSean Jackson will start in place of Reggie Brown. Curtis will be out a significant amount of the season after undergoing surgery yesterday for a sports hernia. Brown is still nursing a hamstring strain.
