Posted in Safety Brian Dawkins was on the sidelines at practice Sunday as he tends to his injured ankle. The veteran sprained a tendon in his right ankle during the Eagles preseason game against the New England Patriots Friday. Dawkins won’t play in the Birds’ final preseason game Thursday but plans to be ready for the start of the season.
