Demps To Handle Kickoffs vs Pats
The Eagles announced that rookie safety Quintin Demps will be the first-team kick returner when the Birds visit the Patriots in preseason action Friday. Demps will replace running back Lorenzo Booker, who struggled in the first two preseason games. Demps ran back kickoffs during his senior year at UTEP, averaging 22 yards on 22 returns.
