The Eagles got some good news yesterday about RB Brian Westbrook, who took part in the teams full practice as they get set for the Skins tomorrow at the Linc. It appears that Westbrook will be a full go, meaning that the team will have its best offensive threat back in the lineup. “He was able to get through everything,” Eagles coach Andy Reid said. “It looked like he did it well. We will just see how he feels later today and then tomorrow. Most importantly, we’ll see how he feels on Sunday.”

Westbrook led the league with 2,104 yards from scrimmage and caught 90 passes last season, and getting him back would no doubt be a big boost to the team. Westbrook had five touchdowns as the Eagles scored 75 points in the first two weeks. Out of the lineup last week, the team was not able to take advantage of their red zone opportunities vs the Bears, and late in the game could not score from inside the three-yard line in their 24-20 loss.
