Westbrook Says Team Is Ready to Go for Sunday in Arizona

Last night on his radio show, running back Brian Westbrook seemed relaxed and calm when chatting about this Sunday’s NFC Title game in Arizona. He says he thinks that the team is ready to go and that they have turned it around from a point in the season where they were not playing all that well.

“I think this team has kind of turned a corner,” Westbrook said on ESPN-AM (950). “Before, when I struggled, this team has struggled. But I have struggled these last two games and this team has done very good.”

Westbrook also talked about the play-calling, and said that the fact the team scaled back the playbook has meant a lot in the teams success. “It’s really almost made all the difference in the world,” Westbrook said.
