Eagles Sign Safety Rashard Baker to a One-Year Deal

The Eagles today signed safety Rashad Baker to a one-year deal. The 27-year-old spent the past 1 1/2 seasons with the Raiders. He had 24 tackles and a career-high three interceptions last season.
