Maclin Lights It Up Against the Rams

The St.Louis Post Dispatch reports about the big game rookie WR Jeremy Maclin had Sunday

Donovan McNabb looked as good as ever, and Jeremy Maclin looked like the Eagles hoped he would when they drafted him in the first round in April. Maclin, who was starting for the injured Kevin Curtis, had TD receptions of 51 and 40 yards and finished with six catches for 142 yards. “With the talented group of guys we have, big games are going to rotate between different guys,” said Maclin, who is from the University of Missouri and Kirkwood High. “I expect to make plays.”

I loved seeing that performance out of Maclin. Everyone knows he has great potential and he really showed it on Sunday. The combination of Maclin-Jackson can be big time dominant. Work in Celek and Shady and the young weapons on offense look scary.
