Westbrook Will Play Vs Cowboys

The Eagles will be getting a big piece of their offense back on Sunday night, as Sporting News is reporting that running back Brian Westbrook will be back for the big contest with the Cowboys.

Westbrook got the OK to play in Sunday night’s critical NFC East home game against the Cowboys with first place on the line. Coach Andy Reid made the announcement on Wednesday afternoon that barring any setbacks in practice, his starting running back is good to go for Dallas.

It was about two weeks ago that Westbrook suffered a concussion in the teams Monday night win over the Redskins in DC. On the season, Westbrook has 327 total yards between rushing and receiving with three touchdowns.
