Posted in Brian Westbrook has been ruled out for Sunday’s game at Atlanta, according to Brian Seltzer’s (ESPN) twitter page. Westbrook is still recovering from his concussion. Rookie LeSean McCoy will have a favorable match-up as the starting running back against the Falcons’ 23rd ranked run defense.
