Eagles Feel Vick is Back to Pre-Prison Form

The Sporting News reports that the Eagles feel good about where Mike Vick is, thinking he is back to his form before he went to prison:

Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Morningweg says backup QB Michael Vick has regained all his pre-prison skills and that’s the reason the team didn’t trade him in the offseason. “I think he’s back,” Mornhinweg told The Daily Press of Newport, Va., on Thursday. “In our minicamps, you could see that great, great athleticism. I would expect great things from Michael Vick this year.” Considering that the Eagles are paying Vick $5.2 million this season, owner Jeffrey Lurie surely will be incensed if Mornhinweg is wrong. Last season, Vick was 6-of-13 passing for 86 yards and one touchdown and ran the ball 24 times for 95 yards and two scores.
