Kevin Kolb Wins NFC Offensive Player of the Week Award

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb has been awarded with the NFC Offensive Player of the Week award for his efforts last Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. With only five career starts under his belt, this is the second time that Kolb has received the honor. Kolb received the same recognition last year after his start against the Chiefs.

His numbers on the day were quite impressive. He connected on 23 of his 29 pass attempts and tallied 326 yards while throwing three touchdowns.

This was the second week in a row that Kolb has had a good looking start that resulted in an Eagles win. He will try to go for the three-peat as he will lead the Eagles down to Tennessee looking for a big win before they hit their bye week.

Congrats to Kevin!
