Eagles Want Big Name Free Agents and Players, Not Picks, for Kolb

Sal Paolantonio of ESPN said Thursday on Sirius XM NFL Radio that the Eagles think this is their year and they will be pursuing every available big name free agent, notably Raiders cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha, Titans defensive end Jason Babin, and Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth (who is not a free agent but will likely be on another team next season).

The report also mentioned that the Eagles are no longer interested in receiving 2012 draft picks for quarterback Kevin Kolb. Instead they want a player who can help them win games now.

this rumor is dumb and out right criminal the lock out is still in effect so its illegal to discuss potential player trades so how did that idoit in philly get the info on this rumor? as a cardinals fan i would petition the commish to look in to this as a legal matter and why would the cardinals trade a pro bowler for a question mark of a QB like kolb the other teams that are in the race for kolb “if there is any” dont have a pro bowler corner back like the cardinals do to offer. there is plenty of options out there still and who really knows when this lock out is over meaning you dont trade a guy like DRC that knows the system i wish others can under stand that some of kolbs teammates call him the next brady well look it here philly fans if thats the case then trade vick cuz he will never be as good as brady so keep kolb then
