Report: Eric Mangini rejects Eagles defensive consultant offer

ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio reports that former New York Jets and Browns head coach Eric Mangini was the Eagles’ top option, but the current ESPN analyst shot down their proposal.

During his Wednesday press conference, Eagles head coach Andy Reid said reports that they were looking at adding a consultant and had offered the job to an individual were false.
