Andy Reid Back with the Eagles Following the Passing of His Son

Eagles head coach Andy Reid returned to training camp today just one day after the funeral of his eldest son.

Reid will be at the Eagles’ walkthrough at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday, the Eagles announced. Reid will speak with the media afterward and is expected to coach in the Eagles’ preseason opener.

Reid is a man devoted to his family but equally loved by players, coaches, and fans alike. Returning to work is probably the most comforting place he can find right now after this tragedy.

idk troy as a lifelong football family member and qb from coaches cradle you cant give foles the nod for a lil good work when called on…he did his job…albeit vs patsies 3rd string….i can easily point to the awful red zone int which everyone knew as soon as he threw the ball…that being said…he has shown a little more moxy already than id expected…ill give him that…but kafka has shown during a near riot, back in atl post vick, only a maclin drop could stop him!! he fits west coast very well and i just have to see a little more still….full go!! lights on, sunday night in november!! great article tho…and nice job with garretts article as well!
