Eagles Bring Back LB Najee Goode with a One-Year Deal

The Eagles have re-signed linebacker Najee Goode to a one-year contract according to the team’s official website.

Goode was originally a fifth-round pick by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers out of West Virginia in 2012 but has spent the last three seasons on and off the Eagles roster.

The Eagles re-signed him in September and he appeared in 14 games, primarily as a special teams contibutor. Goode also provides linebacker depth. He was scheduled to become a restricted free agent in March.
