A Look at the 2017 Eagles Schedule with a Glance at the Good and the Bad

The 2017 NFL Schedule is out as well as the 2017 Philadelphia Eagles Schedule, and here’s a look at the slate for the upcoming season, with the home games in bold:

Sep. 10 at Washington Redskins 1:00 PM

Sep. 17 at Kansas City Chiefs 1:00 PM

Sep. 24 New York Giants 1:00 PM

Oct. 1 at Los Angeles Chargers 4:05 PM

Oct. 8 Arizona Cardinals 1:00 PM

Oct. 12 at Carolina Panthers (Thu) 8:25 PM

Oct. 23 Washington Redskins (Mon) 8:30 PM

Oct. 29 San Francisco 49ers 1:00 PM

Nov. 5 Denver Broncos 1:00 PM

Nov. 12 BYE

Nov. 19 at Dallas Cowboys * 8:30 PM

Nov. 26 Chicago Bears 1:00 PM

Dec. 3 at Seattle Seahawks * 8:30 PM

Dec. 10 at Los Angeles Rams 4:25 PM

Dec. 17 at New York Giants 1:00 PM

Dec. 25 Oakland Raiders (Mon) 8:30 PM

Dec. 31 Dallas Cowboys 1:00 PM

What’s Good about this Schedule: If the Eagles are to make the posteason or be in the mix, they have the final two games of the regular season at home, with a big matchup with Derek Carr and the Raiders on a Monday night on Christmas, and then a huge game on New Year’s Eve afternoon against the Dallas Cowboys.

What’s Bad about this Schedule: Three of the first four games for this young team looking to get going will be on the road, and their only home game will be against the Giants. A win over the Redskins opening day would be a great start to the season as they look to make the playoffs.
