Miami-Dade court records show the battery case against Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham has been closed, Tim McManus of ESPN reports.
Bradham was charged with aggravated assault, a second-degree felony, following an incident at the Hilton Bentley Miami in South Beach in July of 2016. He was accused of striking a hotel employee and breaking his nose.
Bradham accepted a deferred prosecution program this past July, which offered the possibility of no jail time if the conditions of the program are met. It appears Bradham met those conditions.
The 28-year-old Bradham also faced a misdemeanor gun charge for a separate incident, when he brought a weapon to the Miami airport. That case was closed in October, records show.
