The original deal for Peterson had him inked through 2019, but he’ll now be in place through the 2020 campaign.
He came to the team after the Chip Kelly debacle, and after going 7-9 in his first season, led the team to the promise land, winning a championship, and even doing it with a backup quarterback in Nick Foles after Carson Wentz went down.
