You have to give the guy a shot because if him and his brother are back and i mean fully back they will make our offensive line one of the best in the league and than the eagles are a few defensive players away from bringing lombardi’s trophy to philly. Without them its gonna be a much harder off season, but this is the andrew family’s last chance. If i dont see the real andrews brothers this season than take a page out of jackie moon’s book in semi pro and trade them both for a washer.

I definitely agree with you here Mark. There’s definitely a ton of football players out there who don’t got a whole lot going on upstairs. However, Brian Westbrook isn’t one of them. He is a very smart and humble individual and that is why I’d like to see the two sides work something out so that he can remain with the Eagles organization for a long, long time.

Everyone loves to hope that he’s going to have a great season, but the fact of the matter is there are no guarantees. I’ve always been a huge Brian Westbrook supporter but I can understand the situation. There is a lot of money at stake here. I’d like to see the two find a middle ground and work something out. I don’t know what he thinks he can get elsewhere but nobody knows him better than the Eagles and if they don’t keep him, other teams will be skeptical.

Brian Westbrook is a class act and always has been. It would be my wish that he stays with the Eagles, even in a lesser role, and humbly take a pay cut if necessary. He has much to offer the organization and the younger players. Head injuries are VERY serious business and this would be an opportune time to begin making the transition to coaching. Think about it… Brian Westbrook, arguably one of the most versatile productive running back in the NFL as a running back coach for teh Eagles?… no brainer!

I think Brain Westbrook still has it yes he has had a off year last year that’s ok every player has those times were they doudt there self and there talent. I think the guy is staying he is gunna get back on that win horse and ride with it we need westbrook and philly offense knows that I dont think he is gunna take a pay cut he is going to have a outbreak year this year beleave me the guy still has it in him

I don’t know for how long Pierce could produce but he is a proven talent. That’s not something you get when you draft a player. I hope the Eagles really consider making him an offer.
