Eagles Re-Sign CB Hanson

The Philadelphia Eagles re-signed cornerback Joselio Hanson according to Geoff Mosher of the Wilmington News Journal. Hanson appeared in 15 games, starting six, for the Eagles last season. The former Red Raider tallied 36 tackles (31 solo), one interception and six pass deflections in 2010.

Will The Eagles Have Curtis Marsh Starting in 2011?

I have been telling people since the middle-end of last season, that the Eagles need to get another starting corner, who’s name isn’t Dimitri Patterson or Joselio Hanson. I really believed that when the Eagles had the option to take Colorado stand-out, Jimmy Smith in the draft, they would have jumped at the chance to get another […]

Three Eagles Who Have Been Pleasant Surprises

The Eagles sit at 1-1 right now, but are actually in a pretty good place. They’re getting some help from the rest of the NFC East, with the Eagles being the only team from the division getting a win last week. They’ve also been getting some help from a few guys who might not have […]

Possible Shifts in the Secondary

There are lots of questions with the Eagles defense right now. To me, the biggest question surrounds the secondary right now. Out of the four positions, there are two shoe-ins and then a million other questions. Asante Samuel and Quintin Mikell are the two obvious starters on the defense. However, there are no other guaranteed […]

The Eagles today made a solid signing, as they re-signed cornerback Joselio Hanson to a five-year contract, getting the deal done before he was scheduled to hit the open market next week as a free agent. The team announced the signing late Friday night. While financial terms were not officially disclosed, NFL.com has reported that […]
